Refund Policy

Plain-English summary: if service cannot be completed due to supplier refusal or access denial, we issue a full refund. After final report delivery, refunds are not available.
Full Refund
A full refund is issued if WhaleNote cannot complete the service because the supplier refuses access, the factory cannot be located at the provided address, or WhaleNote fails operationally before delivery.
No Refund
No refunds are issued after final report delivery or confirmed prep completion. Once the service has been delivered, the order is considered complete.
Partial Refund
If a service is partially completed, WhaleNote may issue a partial refund based on the work already performed and documented.
How to Request
Email support@whalenote.net with your order reference and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
